NThis position is responsible for effective day-to-day academic functions of Pre- Primary to Grade 12, within guidelines & policies.

N- Ensuring timely roll-out of curriculum, syllabus completion and student work correction for Pre-

NPrimary up to Grade 12

- Managing day-to-day implementation of curriculum and also ensuring quality in curriculum delivery.

- Establishing quality standards & practices in domains of schooling of teaching & learning environment.

- Ensuring the coordinators give regular feedback to the teaching staff regarding correction and
N

ncurriculum- related issues.

N- Investing in recruitment, training, and onboarding of new staff and ensuring professional

Ndevelopment and training of all teachers

N- Developing and mentoring Coordinators through the feedback mechanism and ensuring their

Nretention and engagement

- Developing potential successors by identifying, developing and retaining top talent
N
- Managing retention and engagement of all staff - Pre-Primary to Grade 12
N
- Creating a cooperative school-parent relationship and facilitating the participation of parents
N

nrelated to the education of their children.

- Ensuring that thepolicy of inclusion is adopted appropriately and COWB functions effectively
N
- Collaborating with various departments and forwarding any issues or suggestions to the Principal.
N
- Attending and participating in meetings with staff, parents, and Head Office personnel
N




- Planning and organizingschool events and field trips as well as assisting various committees.
N
- Establishing rapport and maintaining relationships with parents, staff, and students
N
- Helping with the development of school processes and systems on a regular basis
N
- Updating student and school records, analyzing Argus usage and student performance data,
N

nensuring remedial teaching and addressing academic concerns raised by students, staff, and

- Remaining active and ensuring student safety and hygiene at School, on field trips and during school functions
N
- Prevention and control of sexual or any other harassment within the school.

- Ensure the health and safety of the children in the school.

- Undertake other duties as directed by the Principal.

nRequired Qualifications:

N

- A Master's degreein any discipline from a recognized university
N
- A B.Ed degree from a recognized university
N
- Extensive teaching and administration experience.
N
- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills.
N
- Excellent research and report writing abilities.
N
- Strong understanding ofacademics and pedagogy
N
- Strong written and verbal communication as well as presentation skills.
N
- The ability to follow instructions but also come up with original ideas.
N
- Proficiency in the usage of relevant IT tools/platforms – Argus, Web genie, ZOHO
N
- Proficiency in the usage of the Linkedin platform for driving recruitments
N
- Knowledge of administration and management.

- A high degree of professionalism.
