A diversified financial services group with a merchant banking practice is hiring an ECM skilled to independently manage and execute capital market transactions.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead execution of IPOs, QIPs, Rights Issues, OFS, Preferential Issues and other ECM transactions
- Manage due diligence, documentation, regulatory approvals and transaction timelines
- Coordinate issuers, legal counsel, auditors, exchanges, investors and regulators
- Review financial models, valuation analyses and transaction structures
- Ensure compliance with SEBI, Companies Act and stock exchange requirements
- Mentor junior team members and oversee execution processes
Must have: a strong track record of executing ECM transactions, deep knowledge of capital market regulations and the ability to manage multiple live deals at once.
