The Vice President, Revenue & Billing, is responsible for leading a high-performing global team and driving a culture of accountability, engagement, collaboration, and service excellence. The role focuses primarily on people leadership, talent development, workforce management, and stakeholder partnership, while providing high-level oversight of the Revenue & Billing operations.

Revenue & Billing VP duties include:

People Leadership & Talent Development

- Lead, coach, and develop managers, supervisors, and team members
- Build succession plans and strengthen leadership pipelines
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and performance excellence
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Team Management & Administration

- Oversee workforce planning, hiring, onboarding, and resource allocation
- Manage performance reviews, goal setting, development plans, and compensation recommendations
- Ensure effective workload distribution, capacity management, and team productivity
- Drive collaboration withing R&B; team and other finance functions
- Ensure a robust escalation policy is followed by all team members in a uniform way to ensure the business experience is standardized across all team members

Stakeholder & Strategic Leadership

- Serve as a trusted partner to senior Finance and business leaders
- Lead organizational change and transformation initiatives
- Drive operational effectiveness through data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement

Operational Oversight

- Maintain executive oversight of Revenue & Billing, Cash Application, and Master Data activities
- Ensure adherence to governance, controls, and compliance requirements




- Support technology enhancements and process improvement initiatives
- Monitoring KPI and reporting
- Responsible for the accuracy and consistency of internal and external wiki page user instructions, ensuring periodic review and updates are applied as necessary
- Ensure cross-training is conducted and appropriate backup resources are established for all activities to support seamless business-as-usual operations
- Assist with User Acceptance Testing and system enhancement testing as required
- Work with internal and external audit teams to resolve audit queries
- Ad hoc duties as required

About You: ·

- About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or finance, with 10+ years’ work experience of independently managing a finance function
- 5 to 10 years of team management experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Fluency in English (written and oral)
- Ability to work in a high volume fast paced environment
- Excellent written, verbal and inter-personal communication skills
- A strong academic record
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word etc.)
- Experience in Oracle is an advantage
- Exposure to AI
