nThe Role:

n

nThe Vice President will play a central role in managing transaction execution, supporting seller onboarding, buyer matching activities and leading a growing team of analysts, associates and deal professionals. This is a hands-on leadership role combining execution management, client management and team development.

nKey Responsibilities:

n

nTransaction Execution:

n

n- Lead execution of live M&A; and capital raising transactions

n

n- Manage transaction timelines and deal processes

n

n- Coordinate buyers, investors, clients, lawyers and advisers

n

n- Identify and resolve execution bottlenecks

n





n- Drive transactions toward successful completion.

n

nSeller Onboarding:

n

n- Meet prospective sellers and business owners

n

n- Assess transaction readiness and suitability

n

n- Guide clients through onboarding and preparation processes

n

nBuyer & Investor Matching:

n

n- Support buyer outreach and engagement

n

n- Facilitate introductions and transaction discussions

n

n- Maintain momentum throughout the deal process.

nTeam Leadership:

n

n- Manage and mentor analysts, associates and execution professionals

n

n- Review work product and ensure quality standards

n

n- Improve internal processes and transaction workflows.

n

nRequirements:

n

n- 7+ years of M&A; execution experience

n

n- Prior transaction experience across Southeast Asia strongly preferred, with broader international market experience also considered

n

n- Experience in investment banking, M&A; advisory, corporate finance, private equity or corporate development

n

n- Demonstrated involvement in completed transactions

n

n- Experience managing junior professionals and multiple live transactions

n

n- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills

n

n- Strong communication and leadership capability
