A real estate private credit platform providing structured financing to leading developers is hiring a Business Head, reporting to the CEO and leading a team of 5-7 investment professionals.

Ticket size: Rs 20 crore to Rs 100 crore per transaction.

Key responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the business development strategy; originate structured debt and AIF investment opportunities with real estate developers
- Build relationships with developers, investment bankers, IPCs and strategic intermediaries; maintain a robust pipeline
- Lead transactions from origination to financial close - structure solutions, negotiate terms, security packages and definitive documentation
- Review financial models and project cash flows; evaluate viability and credit risk; present proposals to the Investment Committee
- Monitor portfolio post-disbursement - project progress, covenants and repayments; lead restructuring or refinancing where required
- Lead and develop the investment team; represent the firm at industry conferences and investment forums
- Origination is the gate - please be ready to discuss named developer relationships and deals you personally sourced.
