Utkarsh Global Foundation is seeking skilled and passionate Veterinary Surgeons to lead high-volume Animal Birth Control (ABC) sterilization and surgical programs across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume ABC surgeries with precision, safety, and compassion.
- Conduct soft-tissue and other small-animal surgeries, including pyometra, fracture repair, mass excision, and related procedures.
- Lead and supervise surgical teams during sterilization and treatment drives.
- Ensure strict adherence to animal welfare, surgical, hygiene, and safety protocols.
- Coordinate with animal welfare NGOs and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate surgical records, case sheets, and reports.
- Support efficient and ethical delivery of high-volume animal welfare programs.
Eligibility & Experience
- BVSc & AH degree – Mandatory
- Valid registration with the Veterinary Council of India / State Veterinary Council.
- 1+ years of surgical experience preferred.
- Proven experience of 500+ ABC surgeries.
- Solid leadership, communication, and team-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume surgical environment.
