Role Description The Vehicle Owner or Fleet Operator will be responsible for providing and operating vehicles for the transportation of goods in coordination with MF TRANSPORTS. Day-to-day tasks include ensuring vehicle readiness, supervising loading and unloading, maintaining schedules, and adhering to safety and regulatory requirements.

The role also involves coordinating with dispatch and logistics teams, monitoring route efficiency, and maintaining accurate records of trips, fuel usage, and basic vehicle maintenance. This is an on-site role located in Bengaluru, requiring regular presence at designated hubs, warehouses,



or client locations for operational coordination.

Qualifications

- Ownership or direct operational control of one or more commercial vehicles suitable for goods transport, with valid registration and insurance.
- Robust knowledge of local routes, traffic regulations, and basic logistics practices, including scheduling and route planning.
- Ability to oversee vehicle maintenance, safety checks, and compliance with transport regulations and company standards.
- Effective communication and coordination skills to work with dispatchers, clients, and ground staff.
- Proven reliability, punctuality, and attention to safety in previous transport or fleet operations.
- Willingness to work on-site in Bengaluru and adapt to operational requirements, including early or late shifts when needed.
- Basic record-keeping skills for tracking trips, fuel, and maintenance; familiarity with mobile apps or GPS tools is an advantage.
- Prior experience in logistics, transportation, or fleet management is preferred; knowledge of regional languages is a plus.
