Roles & Responsibilities

- Expected to be an SME in Veeva Network and support project delivery activities.

- Collaborate with team members to design, configure, develop, and support Veeva Network solutions.

- Perform Veeva Network configuration, data model enhancements, and workflow implementations.

- Manage customer master data including HCP, HCO, affiliations, hierarchies, and stewardship activities.

- Develop and support data matching, merge, and survivorship processes.

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Support integrations between Veeva Network, Veeva CRM, Salesforce, data warehouses, and enterprise applications.

- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution to business users.

- Ensure adherence to data quality, governance, compliance, and validation standards.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

- Contribute to technical documentation, design reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
