Role Description This is a full-time, in office role for Physics Associate Teachers located in Thane. The role involves planning and delivering engaging physics lessons aligned with the institution’s curriculum and academic standards.

Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and teaching materials, explaining core physics and related mathematical concepts, conducting assessments, and providing constructive feedback to learners.

The Physics Associate

Teacher will also be expected to support learners through doubt-clearing sessions, maintain classroom discipline, participate in academic meetings,



and collaborate with other faculty members to improve teaching practices and learner outcomes.

Qualifications

- Strong subject knowledge in Physics and Physics Education, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and accurately.
- Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Teaching, including the design and delivery of structured, learner-focused sessions.
- Comfort with Mathematics as applied in physics, enabling effective integration of numerical and analytical skills into lessons.
- Relevant academic qualification such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Physics, Education, or a related field.
- Prior experience teaching at school or coaching institute level is preferred, along with familiarity with competitive exam patterns.
- Effective classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a learner-centered, inclusive approach.
- Ability to collaborate with academic teams, use basic educational technology tools, and adapt teaching methods to diverse learning needs.
