About The Role

We build AI products for luxury real estate — conversational agents, lead intelligence, bilingual (English/Arabic) buyer journeys, and internal agent tooling.

We are not looking for someone to skin a chatbot. We want a designer who thinks in AI-native patterns: non-deterministic outputs, streaming responses, confidence and citations, human-in-the-loop, graceful failure, and multi-step agentic flows.

You will own end-to-end product design across customer-facing and internal AI products, working directly with engineering and business stakeholders. This role requires a deep understanding of AI-driven experiences, a keen eye for user-centric design, and the ability to translate complex AI functionalities into intuitive interfaces that meet the needs of high-end clients and internal teams alike.

Qualifications

- 4–6+ years of experience in product design or UX, with a portfolio demonstrating shipped products.




- Proven experience designing AI-powered or ML-driven features, with tangible examples of your work in this domain.
- Proficiency with AI design tooling such as Figma Make, v0, Lovable, Cursor, Claude, Midjourney/Sora, used for concepting and rapid iteration.
- Strong systems thinking skills, including information architecture, user flows, states, and edge case handling.
- Ability to work comfortably within ambiguity, fast-paced startup environments, and with direct stakeholder input.
- Capable of prototyping in code (HTML/React/Tailwind) or at least reading and writing specifications against it.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with experience working closely with engineering teams.

Responsibilities

- Design AI-first user experiences across various touchpoints, including chat interfaces, agent workflows, search and discovery, recommendations, and lead qualification tools.
- Define interaction patterns that effectively communicate uncertainty, such as streaming and loading states, partial answers, hallucination guardrails, and escalation protocols to human agents.
- Design bilingual interfaces that support English and Arabic languages, ensuring right-to-left (RTL) layouts are seamlessly integrated into the user experience.
- Create rapid prototypes, conduct user testing with real users, and iterate designs weekly to optimize usability and performance.




- Own and evolve the design system, developing design tokens that facilitate consistency and ease of use for engineering teams.
- Collaborate closely with engineers—write detailed specifications, review builds, and refine the last stages of product development to ensure quality and fidelity.
