nWe are looking for someone with the following qualities:

n● 4+ years of experience in software product design. Working with B2B products is an

nadditional advantage

n● A passion for creating intuitive and aesthetically pleasing products and experiences.

nPlease share a portfolio with two case studies that show your process end to

nend: the problem, what you tried, what you discarded, and what shipped.

nPolished final screens alone won't tell us much.

n● You design with AI. You've built AI into your own workflow: research synthesis,

nprototype generation, visual exploration, copy iteration and you have a point of view

non where it genuinely speeds you up and where it produces convincing-looking

nnoise.





n● Can defend your craft; you can articulate why one design pattern serves a product

nbetter than another, and you can change your mind when someone makes a better

ncase.

n● A collaborative team player who can work well with Product and Engineering teams

nto ensure that everyone is aligned with the design vision.

n● Thriving in a fast-paced and agile environment is your forte. You're comfortable

nwith change and can pivot with ease.

nHere’s what you will do in this role:

n● Work with stakeholders to solve customer problems and navigate product discovery

nstages while closely working with CX and product teams.

n● Creating fantastic products by obsessing about the ‘Why’ and backing it up with a

nsolid understanding of user needs and behavior.

n● Partner with Product Managers on research: shaping the questions, joining sessions,

nand turning findings into design decisions

n● Executing visual design that is not just polished, consistent and intuitive but at the

nsame time factors in delight.

n● Use AI tooling to compress the distance from idea to artifact: moving from concept

nto a working, clickable prototype in days rather than weeks, so we test with real

nusers earlier

n● Rapidly explore ideas and complex interactions through prototypes and test your

nhypothesis with users using a variety of methodologies.

n● Build and extend design systems so patterns hold up across teams, engagements,

nand AI-generated implementations

n● Comfortable navigating ambiguous or unfamiliar domains — able to research fast,

nask the right questions, and build a working understanding before a clear brief exists.

n● Clearly articulate the reasoning behind design decisions and confidently present

nfindings and final outputs to stakeholders, not just hand off screens.

nNice to have:

n● Experience designing for data-dense enterprise environments (dashboards,

nworkflows, admin tooling).

n● Front-end literacy (HTML/CSS/React basics) or experience with AI-assisted coding

ntools

n● Strong Figma fluency — variables, auto layout, variants, responsive design, and

ngeneral best practices for scalable file hygiene.
