About The Role

We are seeking a talented Product Designer with a focus on AI-native experiences to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the user experience across our suite of AI-powered products tailored for luxury real estate.

Your responsibilities will include designing conversational agents, lead intelligence tools, bilingual buyer journeys in English and Arabic, and internal agent tooling. This position demands a deep understanding of AI interaction patterns, such as non-deterministic outputs, streaming responses, confidence scoring, citations, human-in-the-loop processes, and multi-step agentic flows.

As a key member of our product team, you will collaborate closely with engineering and business stakeholders to deliver seamless, intuitive, and innovative AI experiences. Your work will directly impact how clients and internal teams interact with our platforms, ensuring that our solutions are both technically robust and user-friendly.





Qualifications The ideal candidate will have between 4 to 6+ years of experience in product design or UX, with a proven track record of shipping successful products. A comprehensive portfolio demonstrating your design skills and experience with AI-powered features is required. You should possess hands-on experience designing for large language models (LLMs) or ML-driven functionalities, with a clear understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities they present.

Proficiency with AI design tooling such as Figma Make, v0, Lovable, Cursor, Claude, Midjourney/Sora, or similar platforms is essential. You should be adept at leveraging AI tools to accelerate your design process without compromising judgment. Strong systems thinking skills are necessary, including expertise in information architecture, user flows, states, and edge cases.

Comfort with ambiguity, working in a fast-paced startup setting, and engaging directly with stakeholders are key qualities. Additionally, the ability to prototype in code (HTML, React, Tailwind) or at least interpret and specify technical requirements is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

- Design and develop AI-first user experiences across various touchpoints, including chat interfaces, agent workflows, search and discovery modules, recommendations, and lead qualification tools.
- Establish interaction patterns that effectively communicate uncertainty, such as streaming and loading states,



partial answers, hallucination guardrails, and escalation pathways to human agents.
- Create bilingual interfaces in English and Arabic, addressing right-to-left (RTL) design considerations as a core aspect of the user experience.
- Build rapid prototypes, conduct user testing, and iterate on designs weekly to ensure optimal usability and performance.
- Own and continually improve the design system, delivering design tokens that engineers can easily implement and maintain.
- Work closely with engineering teams to write detailed specifications, review builds, and refine the final product, ensuring a high standard of quality and consistency.
