About the role

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to create clear, responsive interfaces for web and mobile applications. The designer will work with product, business, and development teams to turn requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and implementation ready designs.

Key responsibilities

- Understand project requirements and map user journeys, information architecture, and
- screen flows.
- Create wireframes, visual designs, and interactive prototypes in Figma.
- Design responsive interfaces with consistent typography, colour, spacing, and
- components.
- Prepare design specifications and assets for developer handoff, and coordinate during
- implementation.
- Review implemented screens and recommend improvements to usability and visual
- consistency.
- Maintain design files, reusable components, and relevant documentation.
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and users into design revisions.





Required skills

- Robust understanding of UI/UX principles, wireframing, user flows, and responsive
- design.
- Proficiency in Figma and interactive prototyping.
- Sound knowledge of typography, colour theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience preparing designs for developer handoff.
- A portfolio demonstrating web or mobile interface design work.

Preferred skills

- Experience with user research, usability testing, design systems, mobile app design,
- accessibility guidelines (WCAG), A/B testing, HTML/CSS basics, or UX4G and
- government digital service design is an advantage.Eligibility and selection
