REQUIREMENT FOR UTELLOGY PLATFORM ADMINISTRATOR:

Key Responsibilities

Utelogy Platform Administration

- Administer and maintain the Utelogy U-Manage/U-Managed platform.
- Manage platform configuration, user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
- Maintain site, building, room, and device hierarchies.
- Support platform upgrades, updates, and configuration changes.

Device Onboarding & Monitoring

- Configure and onboard new rooms and AV devices within Utelogy.
- Validate device communication, telemetry collection, monitoring coverage, and alerts.
- Maintain onboarding standards, templates, and procedures.
- Ensure accurate representation of the enterprise AV estate.

Monitoring & Alert Management

- Configure monitoring policies, thresholds, health indicators, and telemetry.
- Maintain monitoring coverage across rooms and devices.
- Optimize alert quality by reducing false positives, duplicate alerts, and non-actionable events.
- Implement approved alert suppression during maintenance windows.

Reporting & Analytics





- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports covering:

- Room Health

- Device Health

- Device Availability

- Monitoring Coverage

- Offline Assets

- Alert Volumes

- Device Reliability

- Monitoring Gaps

- Platform Performance

Integration Management

- Support integrations with ServiceNow, Microsoft Teams Rooms Management, Logitech Sync, CMDB/Asset Systems, notification services, authentication platforms, and enterprise APIs.
- Troubleshoot integration and data-flow issues.

Automation & Continuous Improvement

- Develop and maintain approved automation workflows.
- Support automated ticket generation and incident enrichment.
- Improve alert-to-incident conversion effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities to improve monitoring accuracy and operational efficiency.

Documentation & Governance

- Maintain technical documentation, platform standards, onboarding procedures, and integration records.
- Support audit, compliance, and change-control activities.
- Provide platform training and technical guidance to operational teams.

Who Can Apply?
- Candidates with 8+ years of experience in enterprise monitoring, AV management, infrastructure monitoring, or observability platforms.
- Solid hands-on experience with Utelogy or equivalent monitoring platforms.
- Experience with enterprise AV environments and Microsoft Teams Rooms.
- Strong knowledge of device onboarding, monitoring, alert management, and inventory management.




- Experience with ServiceNow/ITSM integrations and enterprise APIs.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience supporting large-scale AV environments is preferred.

- Alert/event management and monitoring optimization.
- ServiceNow/ITSM integration.
- REST API and automation experience.
- PowerShell or Python scripting.
- Troubleshooting and enterprise system integration experience.
