Role Description This is a full-time, on-site User Interface Designer role based in Udupi.

The User Interface

Designer will create intuitive, visually compelling interfaces for digital products, collaborating closely with UX designers, product managers, and developers. Daily responsibilities include translating requirements into wireframes and mockups, refining visual design elements, and ensuring consistency across design systems and component libraries. The role involves preparing design assets for implementation, working with front-end teams to support pixel-perfect execution, and iterating on designs based on user feedback and usability testing.



The designer will also contribute to design reviews, maintain brand and style guidelines, and help improve workflows and standards within the design team.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong User Interface Design and Visual Design skills, with a portfolio demonstrating clean, modern, and user-centered interfaces.
- Candidates should possess experience in creating wireframes and high-fidelity Mockups, and working with design systems and component libraries.
- Candidates should possess understanding of User Experience (UX) principles, including usability, information architecture, and user flows.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with Front-End Development concepts (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
- Proficiency in modern design tools (such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar) and basic prototyping skills is expected.
- Solid communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work on-site in a cross-functional team environment in Udupi.
- Relevant education in design, HCI, visual communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; prior experience in product, web, or app design is an advantage.
- Attention to detail, openness to feedback, and a commitment to inclusive, accessible design practices are highly valued.
