LEADERSHIP OPPORTUNITY | BUSINESS HEAD

Leading Automotive & Auto Components Group

We are seeking a seasoned Business Head to lead and scale a ₹1,000 Cr+ business within a leading automotive group.
This is a strategic leadership mandate with end-to-end P&L; ownership , requiring a strong combination of business acumen, customer leadership, operational excellence, technology orientation and people leadership.

The Leadership Mandate

• Own the complete P&L; and overall business performance
• Develop and execute strategies for profitable growth and market expansion
• Drive strategic relationships with leading automotive OEMs
• Identify and convert new business and platform opportunities
• Lead senior teams across Engineering, Program Management, Manufacturing and Quality
• Drive operational excellence, productivity, cost optimization and quality
• Lead new product development and program execution from RFQ to SOP
• Strengthen organizational capability, leadership development and succession planning
• Partner closely with the Vertical CEO and senior leadership team on strategic priorities and governance

Ideal Leadership Profile





• 18–22 years of experience in Automotive / Auto Components
• Proven track record of P&L; ownership and business leadership
• Experience managing and scaling a large-scale automotive business
• Strong exposure to automotive electronics / technology-driven businesses preferred
• Solid OEM relationships and customer-facing leadership experience
• Sound commercial and financial acumen
• Strong understanding of manufacturing, engineering and program management
• Demonstrated ability to lead large, complex, cross-functional organizations
• Strategic thinker with strong execution orientation and high ownership
