Experience: 2 to 3 years
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Client Relations: Identify and generate new business leads, build and maintain strong relationships with industrial and commercial clients, consultants and contractors.
Technical Assessments & Design: Understand client requirements, conduct site visits and technical assessments, and support in proposing suitable HVAC solutions and system designs.
Deal Closure & Project Handover: Prepare quotations and techno-commercial proposals, negotiate and close deals, and ensure smooth handover to the project/execution team.
Market Analysis: Track market trends, competitor activity and upcoming projects in the region to identify new business opportunities.
