Credfino LLP is looking for an experienced US Tax Reviewer Business Returns to join its Tax Preparation & Review team. The role involves reviewing US business tax returns for Partnerships, C-Corporations and S-Corporations, ensuring accuracy, completeness and compliance with federal and state tax requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Review US business tax returns including Forms 1065, 1120 and 1120S.

- Review supporting schedules including Schedule K-1, M-1, M-2, balance sheets and income statement reconciliations.

- Verify tax treatment of income, deductions, credits, depreciation, distributions and other adjustments.

- Identify errors, inconsistencies, missing information and potential compliance issues.

- Review federal and state tax filings for accuracy and compliance.

- Review returns prepared using Drake, Lacerte, UltraTax, ProSeries or ProConnect.

- Work with tax preparers and senior professionals to resolve review points and complex tax matters.

- Ensure assigned returns meet quality standards and deadlines, particularly during tax season.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or related field.





- 4-6 years of experience in preparing and reviewing US Business Tax Returns.

- Hands-on experience with Forms 1065, 1120 and 1120S.

- Strong knowledge of US tax laws, deductions, credits and related compliance requirements.

- Proficiency in Drake, Lacerte, UltraTax, ProSeries or ProConnect.

- Strong MS Excel and MS Office skills.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Robust attention to detail and accuracy.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to handle multiple reviews within strict deadlines.

Preferred

- EA, CPA or PTIN certification.

- Experience with US CPA firms or tax outsourcing firms.

- Familiarity with multi-state returns.

- Working knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting platforms.

- Exposure to process improvement, automation or AI-assisted review tools.
