Location: Hebbal, Mysuru

Shift time: 6:30PM to 3:30AM IST two way Cab will be provided

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract high-caliber plant engineering professionals.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry-specific platforms.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future manufacturing plant engineering needs.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for plant engineering positions, from job requisition to offer acceptance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback.

- Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Recruiter, with a focus on Manufacturing Plant engineering (Preferably Automotive and OEM)



or related technical fields.
- Strong knowledge of engineering roles (Mechanical, Electrical, Structural, Civil etc).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
