Job Overview

Royal Mace Services Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its Canada recruitment operations and is looking for driven professionals who want to transition from International CSR / Customer Support into International Recruitment. This role offers hands-on exposure to the Canadian staffing market, structured training, and long-term growth opportunities.

You will play a key role in building strong talent pipelines and supporting our Canadian clients, primarily within the manufacturing and skilled trades sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, internal databases, referrals, and networking
- Screen, evaluate, and pre-qualify candidates through phone/video interviews
- Submit qualified candidates against open job requirements within defined timelines
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with candidates
- Work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven recruitment workplace
- Meet hiring targets while maintaining quality and compliance standards

Desired Skills & Competencies

- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in International Client Handling / CSR / Recruitment
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethics
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple requirements
- Comfortable working night shifts aligned with Canada time zones
- Strong willingness to learn recruitment tools, processes, and market trends





Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree preferred (education relevant experience will be considered)
- Minimum 6 months to 3 years of experience in Recruitment / HR / International CSR / Customer Service
- Experience in US/Canada recruitment is a strong advantage
- Based in Ahmedabad and available for on-site work
