We are looking for an experienced US Process Trainer with hands-on knowledge of US IT Staffing and Recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training new and existing recruiters on US staffing processes, ATS usage, recruitment best practices, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing recruiters on US IT Staffing processes.

- Provide training on the complete US recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, submission, interview coordination, and onboarding.

- Train recruiters on ATS usage, recruitment tools, and documentation processes.

- Educate teams on US staffing compliance, employment types, work authorization, and recruitment guidelines.

- Develop training materials, process guides, presentations, and assessments.

- Conduct mock calls, role plays, quizzes, and process assessments.

- Monitor trainee performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.





- Identify knowledge gaps and conduct refresher training when required.

- Work closely with recruitment and operations teams to understand process challenges and improve training effectiveness.

- Maintain training records and prepare performance reports.

Required Skills

- 25 years of experience in US IT Staffing/Recruitment, with relevant training experience.

- Strong understanding of US Staffing processes and recruitment lifecycle.

- Hands-on experience with ATS and recruitment tools.

- Knowledge of US staffing compliance and employment/work authorization concepts.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Robust coaching, mentoring, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle classroom and virtual training sessions.

- Comfortable working in US/EST shifts.
