SDLC Corp is looking for an experienced and motivated US IT Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals for the US market. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong understanding of the US recruitment process, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, identify, and recruit qualified IT professionals for various US-based clients.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of IT candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
- Negotiate compensation and employment terms with candidates.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of W2, C2C, 1099, and Direct Hire hiring models.
- Experience working with job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Indeed.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience recruiting for Software Development, Cloud, Data, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, and Infrastructure roles.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Work Schedule:
Winter Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST
Summer Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST
Weekly Off: Saturday & Sunday Off
