We are hiring an experienced US IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles across the United States. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience sourcing IT professionals, solid knowledge of US visa types, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle – from requirement gathering to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Source IT candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, Boolean searches, job boards, and referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct phone/video interviews to assess technical skills, communication, and cultural fit
- Partner with US-based hiring managers and staffing clients to understand hiring needs
- Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS (Zoho Recruit, Bullhorn, JobDiva, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with US employment regulations (EEO, OFCCP)
- Track recruitment KPIs – time-to-fill, submittal-to-interview ratio, offer acceptance rate
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive IT talent

Required Skills & Qualifications:





- 1.5–5 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end US IT recruitment
- Strong understanding of US job market, geography, and visa types (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC)
- Excellent verbal and written English communication with a neutral accent
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, MS Office, and virtual interviewing tools
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to work a fixed night shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST) onsite

Preferred Skills:

- Experience working with US staffing/recruitment agencies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
