Roles & Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to placement.

Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and internal databases.

Understand technical job requirements and identify suitable candidates.

Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, location, availability, compensation, and other client requirements.

Recruit for technologies including Java, .NET, Python, AWS, Azure, DevOps, QA, Data Engineering, Salesforce, Business Analyst, and related technologies.

Handle W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements.

Verify candidate work authorization, availability, compensation/rate, and other submission details.

Prepare and submit qualified candidates to clients or account managers.

Coordinate interviews and maintain regular follow-ups with candidates and clients/account managers.

Negotiate rates and effectively manage candidate expectations.

Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activities in ATS/CRM systems.





Build and maintain a strong, active candidate pipeline.

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.

Stay updated on US IT staffing trends, technologies, and market requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3-4 years of experience in US IT Recruitment / US Staffing.

Strong understanding of the US IT recruitment lifecycle.

Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, Naukri, and other sourcing platforms.

Good understanding of IT technologies and technical job descriptions.

Knowledge of US work authorization and employment types.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Solid sourcing, screening, negotiation, follow-up, and candidate-management skills.

Ability to work effectively in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.

Experience working with ATS/CRM tools is preferred.

Willingness to work in the US Night Shift.
