Profile : US IT Recruiter (US Shift)

Key Responsibilities

- Source qualified IT professionals through LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, job portals, and internal databases.
- Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer follow-up.
- Understand technical job requirements and identify suitable candidates based on skills, experience, and location.
- Conduct initial screening and validate candidates' technical background, availability, location, and compensation expectations.
- Work with different US employment types, including W2, C2C, and 1099.
- Understand common US work authorization/visa categories such as H-1B, Green Card, EAD, OPT, and US Citizen.
- Use Boolean Search, X-Ray Search,



and advanced sourcing techniques to identify relevant candidates.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and talent pools for current and future requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular hiring updates/reports.
- Work effectively with the recruitment team to meet daily and monthly hiring targets.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
