Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for US-based requirements, from requirement intake to offer closure.

- Work directly with clients to understand hiring needs, skill expectations, and turnaround time requirements.

- Source, screen, and submit high-quality candidates across various IT and Non-IT roles within Retail and BFSI domains.

- Utilize multiple sourcing channels including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and internal databases.

- Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess technical fit, communication skills, and cultural alignment.

- Coordinate and schedule client interviews, follow up on feedback, and manage candidate engagement throughout the hiring process.

- Negotiate compensation, manage offer rollouts, and ensure successful onboarding.

- Maintain accurate documentation and regular reporting on submissions, interviews, closures, and pipeline status.

- Ensure adherence to compliance,



process standards, and SLAs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 3-7 years of experience in US staffing/recruitment.

- Proven experience working with direct clients, especially in Retail and BFSI domains.

- Strong understanding of US hiring practices, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and visa categories.

- Hands-on experience with ATS, job portals, and LinkedIn sourcing.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work in a quick-paced, target-driven environment.

- Strong follow-up and closure skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience hiring for large retail brands or BFSI clients.

- Exposure to both IT hiring.

- Prior experience managing multiple high-volume requirements simultaneously.
