? Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced US IT & Non-IT Recruiter to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for US-based positions and should have robust sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, and US staffing knowledge.

? Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from requirement gathering and candidate sourcing to offer coordination and onboarding.
- Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean searches, and other recruitment channels.
- Handle recruitment for both IT roles such as Cloud, Software, and Data, as well as Non-IT roles including Finance, Healthcare, and Administration.
- Screen candidates based on skills, experience, compensation expectations, and work authorization.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of W2, 1099, C2C, USC, GC, and H1B hiring terms.




- Coordinate with Account Managers and work with VMS/MSP portals for requirement management and candidate submissions.
- Negotiate pay/bill rates and coordinate offers, documentation, and other hiring formalities.
- Maintain accurate candidate and requirement details in ATS platforms.

? Key Requirements:
- 3–8 years of experience in US staffing, preferably handling both IT and Non-IT requirements.
- Strong understanding of US staffing practices, tax terms, and visa categories.
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms such as Bullhorn or JobDiva.
- Excellent sourcing, candidate screening, and candidate engagement skills.
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand technical and functional job requirements and source relevant candidates accordingly.
- Ability to work effectively in a night-shift environment.
