We are seeking an experienced US Immigration Lead to manage and oversee the companys U.S. employment-based immigration program. The role will provide end-to-end immigration support to employees and candidates, partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Legal and business leaders, and manage relationships with external immigration counsel.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of U.S. employment-based immigration processes, excellent case-management skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex cases while ensuring compliance with applicable U.S. immigration requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and manage the end-to-end U.S. employment-based immigration program.
- Manage non-immigrant and immigrant cases, including:
- H-1B / H-1B transfers and amendments, E-3 / H-1B1, where applicable, L-1A / L-1, B-1/B-2, TN, F-1 OPT/STEM OPT, PERM labor certification, I-140, I-485, EAD and Advance Parole
- Manage H-1B cap-season activities, including registration, petition preparation and tracking.
- Oversee PERM processes, including prevailing wage, recruitment, documentation and filing coordination.
- Partner with external immigration attorneys to ensure accurate and timely preparation and filing of cases.
- Act as the primary immigration contact for employees, candidates, HR, recruiters and business stakeholders.
- Provide clear guidance on immigration options, case timelines, travel considerations and required documentation.
- Maintain accurate immigration records, case trackers and expiration-date monitoring.
- Monitor changes to USCIS, Department of Labor (DOL) and Department of State requirements and communicate relevant impacts internally.
- Develop and maintain immigration policies, procedures, templates and process documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable immigration regulations and company policies.
- Manage immigration vendors,



budgets, invoices and service-level expectations.
- Prepare regular immigration reports and metrics for HR/Legal leadership.
- Identify process improvements and opportunities to automate or streamline immigration operations.
- Support immigration audits and ensure appropriate documentation and record retention.
- Handle sensitive employee information with a high degree of confidentiality.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, Legal Studies or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience managing U.S. employment-based immigration programs, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong working knowledge of USCIS and DOL processes.
- Hands-on experience with H-1B, L-1, PERM, I-140 and I-485 processes.
- Experience working directly with immigration law firms and external counsel.
- Strong project-management and case-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage confidential and sensitive employee information.
- Solid attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience managing a high-volume immigration program.
- Experience supporting technology, consulting or multinational organizations.
- Experience with immigration case-management platforms such as Envoy, Tracker, INSZoom or similar systems.
- Experience managing immigration vendors and budgets.
- Experience developing immigration policies and operational processes.
- SHRM, immigration or related professional certification is a plus.
