Key Responsibilities

- Source qualified healthcare professionals through job portals, social media, internal databases, and other recruitment channels.

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing to onboarding.

- Recruit healthcare professionals such as Registered Nurses (RN), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Medical Assistants, and other healthcare positions.

- Review resumes, conduct initial screening, and assess candidate qualifications.

- Verify candidate credentials, licenses, certifications, and work authorization as applicable to the role.

- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients or hiring managers.

- Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment trackers and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals.

- Follow up with candidates regularly to ensure availability and engagement throughout the hiring process.

- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.

- Ensure compliance with client requirements and applicable healthcare staffing processes.
