Job Overview
We are hiring Global Customer Support Associates to handle customer queries and provide skilled support to our international US and UK clients through voice and non-voice channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through calls, chat, and email.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain professional communication with international customers.
- Ensure a positive customer experience and timely resolution of queries.
- Follow company processes and quality standards.
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Candidates should be comfortable working with US/UK clients.
