EWANDZ is looking for an experienced US Healthcare Recruiter who can help us identify, source and hire qualified healthcare professionals.

The recruiter will work on roles such as:

- Radiology Technologists
- Registered Nurses / Nursing Supervisors
- Nurse Practitioners / Physician Assistants
- Physical Therapists
- Other specialized healthcare professionals

What we are looking for:

- 3+ years of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment
- Strong experience sourcing candidates for US hospitals, healthcare systems, clinics or healthcare organizations
- Good understanding of US healthcare roles, qualifications and licensing requirements
- Experience with healthcare professionals such as RN, NP, PA, PT,



Radiology Technologist and allied healthcare
- Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks and candidate databases
- Ability to screen candidates for skills, experience, location, availability and licensing
- Robust communication and candidate engagement skills
- Comfortable working US time zones
- Experience working with US staffing firms or directly supporting US end clients is preferred
