Designation: Admin Executive

Location: Sanpada

Experience: 5+Yrs

Working Hours: 10am to 7pm

Working : Monday to Sat/ Sun fixed off

Salary-upto 7lpa

Notice: Immediate Joiners

We are looking for an Admin Executive in day-to-day administrative and coordination activities. The candidate should have good communication, follow-up, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and follow up on tasks given by the Partners.
- Coordinate meetings, calls, appointments, and schedules.
- Handle emails and highlight important matters to the Partners.
- Coordinate with employees, departments, consultants, and external parties.
- Follow up on pending work and ensure timely completion.
- Maintain office documents, records, and reports.
- Handle confidential information professionally.
- Support the Partners in daily administrative work.




- Maintain proper communication between management and employees.
- Prepare Excel sheets, reports, and other documents as required.

Required Skills:

- Good communication skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Google Sheets, and Email.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work.
- Good attention to detail.
- Qualified attitude and presentable personality.
- Ability to work independently.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Admin Coordinator, Admin Executive, or similar role.
