nWorking Days: Monday to Friday | Saturday & Sunday fixed off

nOffice time-9am to 6pm

nQualifications:

n● Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

n● Certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CISM, CEH,etc.

n● Positive communication skills and a willingness to learn.

nWe are looking for a highly skilled Project Lead – Information Security with 4+ years of experience in delivering and leading end-to-end cybersecurity and compliance projects. If you are passionate about Information Security, Governance, Risk & Compliance, and enjoy working closely with clients—this role is for you.

nWe specialize in Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) solutions, helping organizations meet cybersecurity and regulatory requirements. We are expanding our team and looking for motivated professionals to grow with us.

nKey Responsibilities:

nSubject Matter Knowledge

n● Detailed understanding of various standards and frameworks in information security,

ncybersecurity, business continuity, privacy, regulatory compliance requirements for

nvarious industries (such as ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, ISO 22301, SEBI,

nRBI, IRDA,, GDPR, CCPA (Data Privacy Regulations)

n● Should have implemented at least 4-6 cycles of end to end implementation of standards

nand frameworks mentioned above.

n● Knowledge of Security Domains: Familiarity with key areas of cybersecurity, including:





n○ Network Security (Firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs)

n○ Cloud Security (AWS, Azure, GCP security principles, container security)

n○ Application Security / DevSecOps (Secure coding practices, SAST/DAST)

n○ New emerging technologies landscape

n○ Identity and Access Management (IAM) (Authentication, authorization, privileged

naccess)

n○ Endpoint Security (Antivirus, EDR, mobile device management)

n● Threat Landscape Awareness: Staying current with common attack vectors (e.g.,

nphishing, ransomware, zero-day exploits), threat actors, and cybersecurity trends.

n● Incident Response (IR) Lifecycle: Knowledge of the stages of incident response

n(Preparation, Detection, Containment, Eradication, Recovery, Lessons Learned) to

nmanage projects that improve IR capabilities or even help coordinate during a crisis.

n● Read, research, build templates and deliverables specific to customer or general

ntemplates for the work at hand

n

nProject Lifecycle Management & Ownership:

n● Accountable for overall project success, client relationships, profitability, and meeting

nobjectives.

n● Primary escalation point for key client stakeholders; building and nurturing long-term

nclient relationships; identifying new business opportunities.

n● Develop project plans,



including weekly activity schedules/Sprint planning, ensuring

nalignment with project goals and client expectations.

n● Monitors overall project timelines; milestones, tracks and ensures billing, address

nresource conflicts across projects.

nCommunication & Stakeholder Management:

n● Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, maintaining a professional and

ncollaborative relationship throughout the project duration.

n● Lead periodic client and internal project calls, communicating progress, identifying

nday-to-day issues, and driving resolutions.

n● Promptly identify, highlight, and escalate any project challenges, hindrances, or potential

ndelays in milestones to the Management and client, proposing solutions where possible.

n

nTeam Leadership & Mentorship:

n● Actively mentor and guide consultants working on the project.

n● Clearly define and align consultants on their respective tasks, setting precise

nexpectations for quality, timeliness, and output.

n● Regularly obtain updates from consultants, providing feedback and directing them for

ntask completion.

n

nPreSales and Business Development

n● Actively participates in pre-sales, proposal development, and identifying new business

nwithin existing accounts.

n● Strong written and verbal communication skills.

n● Expert-level knowledge of the Information Security industry, with a deep and current

nunderstanding of relevant frameworks, threats, and trends.

n● Ability to learn and fit into our company culture.
