Job Responsibilities

- Assist passengers with check-in, boarding passes, and baggage procedures.

- Provide courteous assistance at airport counters, gates, and terminals.

- Verify passenger tickets, travel documents, and flight details.

- Guide passengers through boarding and arrival procedures.

- Handle passenger queries and resolve basic service-related issues.

- Coordinate with airline, security, baggage, and airport operations teams.

- Assist elderly passengers, children, and passengers requiring special assistance.

- Maintain accurate records and follow airport safety and security procedures.

- Support smooth passenger movement during boarding, arrivals, delays, and cancellations.

- Maintain a professional appearance and deliver excellent customer service.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 12th pass or graduate; freshers may apply.

- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Positive attitude, teamwork, and customer-service orientation.

- Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
