Vinayak Global Solutions is expanding its medical event staffing network and is looking for qualified medical professionals who can work with us on a contract / per-event basis for sports tournaments and other events across Mumbai & surrounding areas.
Position: Medical Event Associate
Location: Mumbai & surrounding areas
Engagement: Contract / Per Event
Compensation: ₹500 – ₹10,000 per event*
Who Can Apply?
We are looking for qualified and registered healthcare professionals, including:
Candidates should have the relevant qualification, registration/certification and the ability to provide appropriate first-aid and basic medical support within their professional scope.
What Will You Do?
Depending on the event and your qualification, responsibilities may include:
- Providing on-site basic medical assistance
- First-aid and initial assessment of participants
- Monitoring basic vitals such as BP, pulse and SpO₂
- Responding to minor injuries and common sports-related complaints
- Assisting with medical emergencies until appropriate higher-level care is arranged
- Supporting the Vinayak Global Solutions medical team during tournaments and events
- Maintaining professional documentation where required
Work Structure
This is NOT a full-time employment position.
You will be contacted for individual events based on:
- Your location
- Your qualification
- Your availability
- Event requirements
You can choose whether to accept individual event assignments based on your availability.
Payment: ₹500 – ₹10,000 per event, depending on the assignment.
Requirements
- Valid professional qualification / certification
- Relevant registration wherever applicable
- Good communication and professional conduct
- Ability to handle basic medical situations calmly
- Willingness to travel to event locations within Mumbai
- Availability for weekend / morning events
- Prior sports-event or emergency-care experience will be an advantage
