nKey Responsibilities:

- Mentor and guide students preparing for the State PSC examination through daily interaction and structured support
n
- Take end-to-end accountability for each student’s academic progress, discipline, and learning outcomes
n
- Design and assign daily tasks, practice exercises, and study goals to keep students consistent and exam-ready
n
- Track, maintain, and update detailed student progress reports, performance metrics, and personalised improvement plans
n
- Conduct Zoom sessions, group mentoring sessions, doubt-clearing discussions, and exam-oriented guidance
n
- Ensure all students feel supported, heard, and aligned with their learning roadmap
n
- Coordinate with internal teams to maintain seamless student management and data accuracy
n
- Suggest improvements in study plans, curriculum structure, and student engagement processes based on observed needs
n
- Conduct a minimum of 10 online Zoom batches per day and manage the data in Google Sheets
n

- nSkills and Attributes:

n

n
- 1 year -4 years of teaching or mentoring experience, preferably in competitive exam preparation (CGPSC/UPSC)
n
- Must have been a UPSC aspirant with a solid understanding of exam patterns, strategy, and preparation discipline
n
- Strong command over subjects relevant to UPSC/State PSC syllabus and ability to simplify complex concepts
n
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to mentor, guide, and motivate students consistently
n
- Highly accountable mindset, able to take ownership of each student’s growth and performance
n
- Effective classroom and one-on-one mentoring skills
n
- Ability to design daily tasks, study plans, and performance-based improvements
n
- Tech-friendly and comfortable using digital tools for tracking student progress and delivering mentoring sessions
n
