We are looking for a seasoned Business Development leader for one of India's leading premium real estate developers.

n

Location: Mumbai

n

Experience: 15+ years

n

Sector: Real Estate – Residential

n

Key Requirements:

n

n
- 15+ years of experience in Pan-India Business Development, preferably with leading residential real estate developers.
n
- Strong expertise in land acquisition, project feasibility, market research and investment analysis.
n
- Proven experience in deal sourcing, JVs, JDA/partnerships and strategic alliances.
n
- Strong track record of identifying, evaluating and delivering new business opportunities and revenue growth.
n
- Expertise in stakeholder management, negotiations and commercial evaluation.
n
- Solid understanding of the residential real estate market,



business development strategies and investment opportunities.
n

n

Qualification:

n

n
- B.Tech / Graduate in any discipline
n
- MBA in Marketing, Finance, Real Estate, Strategy or Business Management preferred.
n
- Relevant certifications in Real Estate, Urban Development, Finance or Project Management would be an advantage.
n

A strategic and commercially driven professional with strong relationships across the real estate ecosystem and a proven ability to identify and close high-value business opportunities.
