RR Tech Solutions is hiring a UPS Field Service Technician for our Kolkata team.

We are looking for candidates with ITI qualification in Electrical/Electronics who are interested in field service, UPS systems, troubleshooting and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

- UPS installation and commissioning
- Preventive maintenance of UPS systems
- UPS fault diagnosis and troubleshooting
- Battery inspection and maintenance
- Electrical testing and basic troubleshooting
- Breakdown service and customer-site support
- Preparing service reports
- Travelling to customer sites as required

Eligibility ITI qualification is preferred, particularly:

- ITI – Electrician
- ITI – Electronics Mechanic
- ITI – Electrical/Electronics-related trades

Experience: 0–3 years Fresh ITI candidates with good technical knowledge and willingness to learn are welcome.

Required Skills

- Basic electrical knowledge




- Understanding of UPS systems
- Basic troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of batteries/electrical equipment
- Willingness to work at customer sites
- Positive communication and reporting skills

Important ITI candidates will be given preference for this position.

Candidates with practical knowledge of UPS repairing, servicing and troubleshooting will be preferred.

Salary

₹ 15000-20000 per month, depending on skills and experience.
