- Support and maintain Unix/Linux operating systems, including Oracle Enterprise Linux
- Manage and support KVM virtualization environments
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and resolution of high-priority incidents
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes
- Ensure SLA compliance and proactive escalation management
- Design and implement automated OS build and deployment processes
- Use Chef, Puppet, Ansible, Salt or similar tools for configuration management
- Develop infrastructure automation using Terraform / CloudFormation
- Automate repetitive operational activities
- Monitor system performance and support capacity planning
- Support disaster recovery activities and recovery drills
- Follow strict Change Control Management processes
- Prepare technical documentation, SOPs and knowledge articles
- Participate in service review meetings and stakeholder discussions
- Support/lead infrastructure implementation and improvement projects
