Unit Finance Head – AGM to lead financial strategy, performance, controls and commercial decision-making for the hospital.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, MIS and cost-optimisation initiatives.
- Drive profitability, cash flow, working capital and overall financial performance.
- Strengthen revenue cycle management, billing efficiency, collections and revenue-leakage controls.
- Provide financial insights for CAPEX, expansion, investments, pricing and business decisions.
- Oversee taxation, statutory compliance, audits, financial reporting and internal controls.
- Partner with hospital leadership and senior management on financial strategy and performance.
- Drive financial discipline and process improvements across the unit.
What We're Looking For
- CA / CMA / MBA – Finance from a recognised institution.
- 15+ years of Finance & Accounts experience.
- 5–7+ years of senior finance leadership experience, preferably in healthcare/hospitals.
- Strong expertise in healthcare finance, budgeting, MIS, taxation, compliance and controls.
- Solid commercial acumen with experience in profitability improvement and cost optimisation.
- Excellent analytical, leadership and stakeholder-management skills.
