Position: UKG Pro WFM Functional Consultant

NOTE: We have 2 requirements: 1 for operations and 1 for end-to-end implementation

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced UKG Pro WFM Implementation Consultant with a strong hands-on experience and proven global implementation exposure. The candidate will lead end-to-end implementation of UKG Pro WFM solutions across multiple geographies, ensuring compliance with regional labor laws and seamless integration with HR and Payroll systems.

Key Responsibilities

1. Global Implementation Leadership

- Lead full lifecycle global implementations of UKG Pro WFM (Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Accruals, Labor Management, Analytics)
- Manage multi-country deployments across different time zones
- Ensure compliance with country-specific labor regulations and statutory requirements
- Drive solution design workshops with global and regional stakeholders

2. Solution Design & Configuration

- Gather and document complex global business requirements
- Configure pay rules, work rules, accrual policies, shift differentials, holiday calendars, and labor levels
- Create Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and configuration documentation
- Provide best-practice recommendations aligned with global standards

Integration & Data Management

- Lead integration design between UKG Pro WFM and Global Payroll/HR systems
- Support interface development (API, SFTP, flat files)
- Oversee data migration, validation, and reconciliation
- Support global payroll parallel runs

4. Testing & Go-Live

- Plan and manage SIT, UAT, and regression testing cycles
- Coordinate cutover planning and go-live activities across regions
- Provide hypercare and post-go-live stabilization support

5. Stakeholder & Client Management

- Act as Global SME for UKG Pro WFM
- Engage with senior stakeholders (HR, Payroll, Operations, IT)
- Deliver training to super users and administrators
- Provide governance and change management support

Mandatory Requirements

- Strong hands-on experience in Workforce Management implementations
- Strong expertise in UKG Pro WFM configuration
- Proven experience in global/multi-country implementations
- Deep understanding of Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals, and Labor Management
- Experience integrating with Global Payroll systems
- Strong knowledge of labor compliance regulations across multiple countries
- Experience handling large enterprise clients.

NOTE: Mandatory Solid Hands On Experience Application and Configuration Needed.
