Role Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Design Intern to help shape the next generation of Pippa's digital products.

This is a remote position where you will work directly with Pippa's CEO and CTO to redesign existing customer-facing applications, improve clinician dashboards, and propose new features that enhance the overall user experience.

You will have the opportunity to take ownership of design projects, explore new product concepts, and translate ideas into polished, development-ready designs. We are looking for someone who can think beyond individual screens and contribute to the overall direction of our products.

Key Responsibilities

- Redesign existing mobile applications and web dashboards to improve usability, visual consistency, and overall user experience.
- Create high-fidelity mockups, wireframes, and interactive prototypes for recent and existing product features.
- Propose innovative features and product improvements based on user needs, feedback, and product goals.
- Collaborate directly with the CEO and CTO to translate product requirements into intuitive, visually compelling designs.
- Develop and maintain consistent design systems, reusable components, and visual guidelines across Pippa's products.
- Improve user flows, navigation, information hierarchy, and accessibility across patient and clinician interfaces.
- Present design concepts,



explain design decisions, and iterate based on feedback from leadership and developers.
- Prepare organized, development-ready Figma files to support efficient implementation.

Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Figma or similar UI/UX design tools.
- Ability to create polished, high-fidelity designs for both mobile applications and web dashboards.
- Strong understanding of visual design principles, including typography, spacing, color, layout, and component consistency.
- Experience designing intuitive user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
- Ability to independently identify usability issues and propose thoughtful design solutions.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a willingness to explore new product concepts.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present and explain design decisions.
- Attention to detail and the ability to incorporate feedback constructively.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience designing SaaS products, analytics dashboards, or mobile applications.
- Familiarity with design systems and reusable component libraries.
- Basic understanding of front-end development concepts, including HTML, CSS, and React.
- Experience designing healthcare, wellness, or consumer-facing digital products.
- A portfolio demonstrating strong visual design, product thinking, and UI/UX projects.
