nAbout the Role

nWe are looking for a UI/UX Engineer with 5+ years of experience who can bridge the gap between user experience design and front-end engineering . The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in UI/UX design, hands-on front-end development, and experience designing or building AI/GenAI-powered products and experiences .

nYou will work closely with Product, Engineering, and AI teams to transform complex workflows and AI capabilities into intuitive, scalable, and user-friendly experiences.

nKey Responsibilities

- Design and build intuitive, responsive, and high-quality web/mobile user experiences .
n
- Translate user requirements, product flows, and wireframes into production-ready interfaces.
n
- Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, interaction designs, and high-fidelity UI designs .
n
- Develop front-end interfaces using technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js or equivalent.
n
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, AI/ML teams, and stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.
n
- Design UX patterns for AI-powered features , including AI assistants, chat interfaces, recommendations, automation, copilots, agentic workflows, and AI-generated outputs.
n
- Convert complex AI/ML functionality into simple and understandable user experiences.
n
- Build reusable design systems, UI components, and front-end patterns .
n
- Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback into product improvements.
n
- Ensure designs meet standards for accessibility, responsiveness, usability, and performance .
n
- Use AI-powered design and development tools to improve design exploration, prototyping, and development efficiency.
n
- Stay updated with emerging AI UX patterns, design tools, front-end technologies, and interaction trends .

nMust-Have Skills

n

- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX Design, UX Engineering,



Product Design Engineering, or a closely related role.
n
- Strong combination of UI/UX design + front-end development skills.
n
- Hands-on experience with Figma and modern prototyping/design tools.
n
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript .
n
- Experience with React.js or another modern front-end framework.
n
- Solid understanding of responsive design, interaction design, usability, and design systems.
n
- Proven experience working on AI/GenAI-powered products or features .
n
- Understanding of AI UX concepts such as conversational interfaces, AI copilots, RAG-based experiences, AI agents, prompt-driven workflows, and human-in-the-loop interactions .
n
- Ability to work closely with engineering teams and understand technical constraints.
n
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

nGood to Have

- Experience with LLM/GenAI products, AI agents, RAG, or conversational AI .
n
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, Figma AI, Cursor, or similar tools .

- Knowledge of design-to-code workflows.

- Experience building or contributing to design systems/component libraries .
n
- Familiarity with APIs and integrating front-end applications with AI/backend services.
n
- Experience in a SaaS, startup, product, or technology environment .
n
- Basic understanding of usability analytics and experimentation/A-B testing.
