Graphic Designer + Video Editor

Location: Sector 02, Gwal Pahari, Gurugram, Haryana

Work Mode: Hybrid (2–3 days from office, remaining days from home)

Salary: ₹35,000- ₹40,000 per month

About the role

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer + Video Editor with a strong visual and aesthetic sense to work closely with our content team.

The most important thing for this role is not just editing or designing - it’s having a great eye for what looks good.

You should understand how to make content feel polished, premium and visually cohesive - from colours and composition to typography, graphics, framing and overall presentation."

What you’ll be doing

* Work on the visual direction and aesthetics of our content

* Help with composition, framing, backgrounds and overall visual presentation

* Create graphics and visual elements when required

* Edit videos or work closely with our video editor to guide the edit

* Identify what is making a piece of content look “off” and know how to improve it

* Help establish a consistent visual style across our content





What we’re looking for

* Strong understanding of design, aesthetics and visual composition

* Good knowledge of graphic design principles

* Understanding of colour theory, colour correction and colour grading

* Experience with video editing software

* A strong eye for detail

* Someone who naturally notices small visual imperfections

* Ability to take an existing setup/content and make it look significantly better

* A valuable understanding of typography, spacing, composition and visual hierarchy

You don't need to be an expert at everything.
