Job Title: Project Manager
Job Description

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Managing the entire product line life cycle
• Defining the requirement specifications from the business side for the development team • Defining and tracking KPIs for each service
• Specifying and prioritizing product and customer requirements
• Co-ordinating and prioritizing the product backlog with the Engineering Development team
• Manage project delivery and timelines

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Japanese Language (JLPT N2 certified)
• 5 years of overall experience 2 years of product/project management related experience)
• People management experience

Experience in web application project management




• Possess KPI management knowledge/experience
• Excellent communication skills to enable stakeholder management
• High problem-solving skill that able to understand different business and provide data driven solutions
• Ability to meet tough deadlines, handle stress, and have valuable judgment
• Ability to manage cross functional development team

Desired Qualifications:
• Experience in using confluence page & JIRA, Agile certification
• Scrum master
• PMP
