About The Role

We are currently seeking a skilled UX/UI Designer to join our team remotely on a full-time basis. This role is pivotal in shaping the user experience and interface design for a global platform that caters to a diverse audience. As a UX/UI Designer at Hire Feed, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and aesthetically pleasing designs for both web and mobile applications.

Your work will directly impact how users interact with the platform, ensuring a seamless experience that meets business objectives and user needs. Qualifications

- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI design expertise, including case studies and project examples.
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, wireframing, and prototyping.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and accessibility standards.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Prior experience working with cross-functional teams including product managers and developers is preferred.





Responsibilities

- Design and develop user interface components for web and mobile platforms that are both functional and visually appealing.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that design solutions are feasible and aligned with technical requirements.
- Conduct user research, gather feedback, and perform usability testing to inform iterative design improvements.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design concepts.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems, including style guides, component libraries, and documentation to ensure consistency across platforms.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance the quality of deliverables.
- Support the onboarding of new team members by sharing design standards and best practices.
