UI/UX Designer

Experienced UI/UX Designer with 4–5 years of experience in web, mobile, SaaS, and enterprise application design. Robust in Figma, design systems, responsive design, developer collaboration, and AI-assisted design workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Design web, mobile, SaaS, dashboards, and enterprise applications.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity responsive designs.
- Build and maintain scalable design systems and reusable components.
- Collaborate with developers, BAs, PMs, and clients for effective implementation.
- Ensure design consistency, usability, accessibility, and responsive experiences.
- Use AI tools to improve research, ideation, content, prototyping, and design productivity.

Must-Have Skills

- 4–5 years of professional UI/UX or Product Design experience.
- Strong portfolio across web, mobile, SaaS, or enterprise products.
- Advanced Figma skills, including Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Variables, and Libraries.
- Strong understanding of UX, wireframing, prototyping, typography,



visual hierarchy, and responsive design.
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge and developer-friendly design handoff.
- Experience with AI-assisted design tools and robust communication skills.

Tools Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Miro, Framer/Web flow, and AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, DALL·E, Gemini, Figma AI, and Adobe Firefly.

Good to Have

- Design systems, WCAG/accessibility, WordPress/Web flow experience.
- UX analytics tools such as Hotjar, Clarity, or Google Analytics.
- Motion design, micro-interactions, and AI-powered design-to-code workflows.
