The Senior UX/UI Designer will work full time on-site in Kolkata, leading the design of user-centered web and digital interfaces from concept to delivery.

Responsibilities include conducting user research, defining user flows, creating wireframes and high-fidelity mockups, and ensuring consistent visual design across products. The role involves collaborating closely with product managers and developers, translating business requirements into intuitive designs, and overseeing the implementation of design systems and standards. The Senior UX/UI Designer will also review and refine existing interfaces, provide mentorship to junior designers, and support front-end teams to maintain design quality in production.

Qualifications

Strong User Experience (UX) skills, including user research, journey mapping, and interaction design.

Expertise in User Interface Design and Visual Design, with the ability to create clean, modern, and accessible layouts.





Experience creating detailed Mockups and prototypes using industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).

Working knowledge of Front-End Development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.

Demonstrated experience in a senior or lead design role, preferably in web or product design.

Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX/UI work, including problem statements, process, and outcomes.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain design decisions clearly.

Familiarity with accessibility standards, responsive design principles, and usability testing methods.

Pay: ₹11,276.55 - ₹30,494.68 per month
