About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of user-centred design, visual design, and user experience principles, along with the ability to create intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Understand business requirements and translate them into intuitive digital experiences.
- Design website taxonomy, information architecture, navigation, and complete user journeys.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for all website pages and product features.
- Design front-end experiences while mapping back-end-dependent workflows such as authentication, checkout, CMS, user accounts, dashboards, and admin modules.
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis,



and usability testing to continuously improve the product experience.
- Build and maintain a scalable design system and reusable UI components.
- Collaborate closely with developers, provide detailed design handoffs, explain workflows, and ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
- Test implemented features, validate user flows, identify UX issues, and recommend improvements.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification in Design, UI/UX, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in UI/UX design.
- Strong knowledge of Figma and other relevant design tools.
- Good understanding of UX principles, user flows, wireframing, prototyping, and responsive design.
- Strong visual design skills with an understanding of typography, colour, spacing, and layout.
- Ability to create clean, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX projects is required.
