Position: UX Designer

Experience: 3-5 Years

Job Location: Pune (Work From Office)

Job Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and business goals.
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gain insights into user behaviour and preferences.
- Create user personas, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts.
- Design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces that enhance usability and delight users.
- Apply principles of information architecture, interaction design, and visual design to create seamless and engaging user experiences.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, data analysis, and usability testing results.




- Work closely with developers to ensure the implementation aligns with the intended user experience.
- Contribute to UX guidelines and design systems to maintain consistency across products/services.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UX design.

Desired candidate profile:

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a UX Designer, with a robust portfolio showcasing successful projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
